Website content describes our stationery products and services in general terms. Availability, pricing, and seasonal items may change without notice on the site. A purchase in store or a confirmed email quote forms the binding agreement for price and stock.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, scrape content for commercial reuse, or submit abusive messages through our forms. We may refuse service when behaviour threatens staff or other customers.

Product descriptions aim for accuracy regarding paper weight, size, and materials. Minor shade variation between batches is normal for natural fibres. Special orders and letterpress runs require approval of proofs before printing proceeds; cancellation terms for custom work are explained at order time.

Intellectual property in site text, layout, and original designs belongs to Oak Pulse Stationery or its partners. You may print pages for personal reference but may not republish them without permission.

Finnish consumer law applies to consumer purchases. Our liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by law; for direct product defects we offer repair, replacement, or refund according to applicable rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
